twlc_distance(name)

Twistable Worm-like Chain model with distance as the dependent variable.

Twistable Worm-like Chain model [1] [2] that takes into account untwisting of the DNA at high forces. Note that it is generally recommended to fit this model with force as the dependent variable [2].

Parameters:

name (str) – Name for the model. This name will be prefixed to the model parameter names.
