efjc_distance(name)

Extensible Freely-Jointed Chain with distance as the dependent variable.

Freely jointed chain model [1] [2]. Useful for modelling single stranded DNA.

Parameters:

name (str) – Name for the model. This name will be prefixed to the model parameter names.
