efjc_force(name)

Extensible Freely-Jointed Chain model with force as the dependent variable.

The Freely-Jointed Chain model [1] [2] is useful for modelling ssDNA.

Parameters:

name (str) – Name for the model. This name will be prefixed to the model parameter names.
