twlc_distance(name)

Twistable Worm-like Chain model with distance as dependent variable.

Twistable Worm-like Chain model 1 2 that takes into account untwisting of the DNA at high forces. Note that it is generally recommended to fit this model with force as the dependent variable 2.

Parameters

name (str) – Name for the model. This name will be prefixed to the model parameter names.
