efjc_distance(name)

Extensible Freely-Jointed Chain with distance as dependent parameter.

Freely jointed chain model 1 2. Useful for modelling single stranded DNA.

Parameters

name (str) – Name for the model. This name will be prefixed to the model parameter names.
